Day 3
When we made it to our hotel in Paris, we had a champagne toast waiting for us (with soda for the kids if parents didn't allow them to partake).
Afterwards, we went on a neighborhood walk to get to our ultimate destination: the restaurant!
We started day three with a Eurostar train ride to Paris. This train travels at almost 200 mph, but it sure doesn't feel like it! We arrived in Paris and boarded an over-sized bus for our orientation tour of the city.

At dinner, the kids were way more adventurous than the adults - they tried escargot! The evening meal was followed by a boat tour on the Seine River. While the boat ride was very informative, it was serene and relaxing enough to put anyone to sleep after indulging in a sumptuous, Parisian meal. But it wasn't time for sleeping yet; there were sights to see!
